This website (onewheel.services) is operated by Cory Harding, based in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. This policy describes how information is handled when you use the booking inquiry form on this site.
Information We Collect
When you submit a booking inquiry, we collect:
- Name — to identify you in correspondence
- Email address — to respond to your inquiry
- Phone number — optional, used only if you provide it
- Board model and service description — to understand your repair needs
Inquiry details are sent directly to our inbox and are not kept in a database on this site — with one exception, the Service Agreement record described below.
How We Use Your Information
- To respond to your service inquiry
- To schedule and confirm appointments
We do not sell, share, or rent your information to any third parties.
Service Agreement Records
When you tick the box accepting our Service Agreement and send an inquiry, we keep a record of that acceptance. It contains your name, email, phone number if you gave one, the date and time, the version of the agreement you accepted, and the IP address and browser used to send it.
We keep this because the agreement covers release of liability and our 60-day unclaimed board policy, and we may need to show what was agreed and when. It is stored on our own server, is not shared with anyone else except where required by law, and you can request a copy or its deletion at the contact address below.
Inquiry emails are delivered via Gmail's SMTP service. Google's privacy policy applies to email transmission.
